Preface:

Traditional design and construction has considerable disadvantages: Weak points of products are often only recognized during prototype testing.

The conventional FEM-analysis method is usually employed after spotting the weaknesses of the prototype or during the production process. This leads to avoidable additional costs with the following disadvantages:

Our first step is to analyze your products for typical sources of error.

After this a classification does take place. Based on this classification we will recommend to either assure the component classification by reference or to assure the classification by itemization.

If an itemization is necessary (for example with a heterogeneous array of products), we make your calculation at minimal cost possible.

A classification by reference is always an effective and inexpensive alternative.

The next step is to use the FEM results not only for a simple component validation (stable - instable), but with a completely different approach. The results supply the engineers with a transparency understanding of the component and its week points

This must be transposed by the assembly department to obtain fail-safe products at minimal expenditure.

For this a software system is needed which can provide fast and flexible answers (for example by modifications or new design), which is easy to handle and which by automation can provide solutions to complex calculations
